Lansing Trade Group connects agricultural market participants throughout the world. While we are heavily concentrated in the US, our activity is increasingly moving beyond the US borders. Our customers count on us to provide market savvy, price discovery, risk management and logistics support.

Corn is our largest volume agricultural commodity with the focus being on finding the most economical sourcing for the U.S. consumptive demand. This includes poultry, beef, swine for feed, along with corn processing for food and energy. We are actively pursuing corn origination agreements for ethanol plants, with several agreements currently in place.

Lansing has one of the largest US and Mexican milling wheat programs in the country. Our focus is on consumptive demand from flour millers and pet food industry with additional focus on export markets.

Our merchandisers have developed an extensive network of relationships with both buyers and sellers. These relationships, and the market insight they provide, allow us to constantly merchandise grain economically and efficiently.
