Bill Krueger, President & Chief Executive Officer
Executive Vice President Trading — International
Biography
Bill Krueger is the CEO and President of Lansing Trade Group, LLC ("LTG") and President of Lansing Ethanol Services, LLC
("LES"). Bill joined LTG in 1995 as a wheat trader. His leadership has spurred the revitalization and substantial
growth of this 77 year old commodity trading company.
Under Bill's direction, LTG has profitably grown revenues over 500%. Bill has taken a leading role in the growth of LTG's traditional
businesses, while also directing the creation of trading opportunities in biofuels, additional agricultural products and various international markets.
The creation and success of LES as one of the largest physical trading companies in the ethanol industry is a solid example of Lansing
capabilities under Bill's direction. International growth in biofuels, container movements, vegetable oils, grains, and sugar are also
notable accomplishments for Lansing.
Bill has held various positions inside the Company; most recently he was named Chief Executive Officer in October 2005 and serves on the
Boards of both LTG and LES. In addition to serving on Lansing's Boards, Bill has Board duties for the following organizations:
- Recovery Data Connect, LLC
- Kansas City Board of Trade
Bill also serves as an invited attendee at Board meetings of The Andersons, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANDE).

Scott Mills, Executive Vice President Trading — North America
Biography
Scott graduated from Kansas State University in 1987 with a degree in Agriculture Economics. He began his grain merchandising career
with DeBruce and Scoular where he held a variety of positions at both companies. In 1997, he joined Lansing as a Location Manager. Scott
has since held various management positions within Lansing. In 2001 he was named Director of Marketing of Feed Grains and in 2003
promoted to Vice President. He became General Manager of Lansing Ethanol Services in October of 2006 and is currently the Executive
Vice President Trading — North America with responsibility for the management and strategic alignment of Lansing's grain, feed
ingredient, biofuels and facilities activities. He has been a member of Lansing Trade Group Board of Managers since 2002.

Tom Irmen, Executive Vice President — Strategy & Development
Biography
Tom began working with Lansing in 2003 while an employee of The Andersons. Tom was named VP Business Development in January 2005 and on June 30, 2005, Tom became a Lansing employee with business development, management, and administration listed as his responsibilities. Tom had a 21 year working history with The Andersons prior to joining our team, gaining a strong background in grain originations, futures, and risk management. He is currently the Executive Vice President - Strategy & Development with responsibility for strategic planning, implementation and operational alignment of corporate strategy.

Tom Carew, Executive Vice President — General Counsel
Biography
After working as the lead partner on the Lansing Trade Group, LLC account at Stinson Morrison Hecker LLP for 10 years, Tom joined Lansing
as Executive Vice President - General Counsel in 2009. Over his 25 year career, Tom has developed an extensive understanding of business
law coupled with outstanding business acumen, allowing him to contribute to nearly every area of the Company. Tom has an undergraduate degree
in Accounting from the University of Missouri and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri Law School. He has served as general counsel
for numerous local and regional corporations, advising them on matters such as corporate law, contract law, business succession, employment law,
environmental issues and estate planning. His business transactional experience has included all types of asset, corporate and partnership
purchases, sales and reorganizations.

Peter Grady, Executive Vice President Trading – Financial
Biography
Peter began his grain merchandising career with Continental Grain working out of a number of their US offices. He gained significant international experience in Switzerland while employed at Tradigrain. Peter joined Lansing in 2006 with over 17 years of merchandising experience and in 2008; he was promoted to Executive Vice President Trading — Financial with responsibility for management of proprietary trading, as well as strategic and corporate risk management activities. Peter's in-depth knowledge of the domestic and international commodity markets allows him to merchandise many different grains, expanding upon his strong background in futures, options and proprietary trading.

Weston Heide, Vice President — Finance & Strategy
Biography
Weston joined Lansing in 2008 and has 12 years of experience in the energy industry and related commodity risk management. Weston's
background includes management advisory consulting in strategy, risk management and operational areas. Prior to joining LTG, he was
a senior manager in the Capital Markets consulting practice at Deloitte & Touche. Weston holds an MBA degree from Columbia
University and the University of California, Berkeley, and graduated from Trinity University with a degree in Business Administration.

Chuck Lapke, Vice President — Feed Ingredients
Biography
Chuck is a graduate of Iowa State University; he joined Lansing in 2002 with over 16 years of merchandising experience and has since held various management positions within the Company. Chuck has strong knowledge of the domestic and international markets and experience in grain merchandising, biodiesel trading and risk management. In 2008, Chuck was promoted to Vice President assuming responsibility for managing the Feed Ingredient division and directing the recruiting and organizational development activities at Lansing.

Mike Lemke, Vice President — Grains
Biography
After 14 years of Industry experience, Mike opened the Minneapolis, MN Office of Lansing Trade Group in 1997. In 2006, he relocated to the company's corporate offices in Overland Park and is currently Vice President and Director of Marketing of Grains, managing the cross-country trading locations for all grains. Mike is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin — River Falls with a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Marketing.

Mark O'Donnell, Vice President — South America
Biography
Mark joined Lansing in 2005 as Controller, and was promoted to Vice President — Finance for Lansing Ethanol Services, LLC in 2006.
In 2008, Mark assumed the responsibilities of establishing trading operations in South America. Recently, he returned to the U.S.
to assume responsibility for Lansing Trade Group's Finance and Risk Management. Prior to joining LTG, Mark was an assurance manager
at KPMG, primarily serving commodity traders and food processors. Mark graduated from Rockhurst University with a degree in Accounting
and Finance, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Eric Watts, Vice President – International
Biography
Eric joined Lansing in 2008 with over 10 years of experience in domestic and international agricultural cash and financial based trading.
He began his grain merchandising career with ConAgra where he held a variety of leadership positions ranging from business development to
managing physical supply chain for bulk liquid transportation via rail, truck, barge, container and vessel. Eric also has risk management
experience involving the trading of several financial derivative markets and holds a bachelors degree in finance from the University of Iowa.

Steve Speck, Vice President — Soybean Trade Group
Biography
Steve Speck joined the company as Vice President — Soybean Trade Group in August 2009. Steve brings over 20 years
of industry experience, with his most recent work being focused on soybean export activity from the Americas to various
destinations. Steve's trading experience fits well with Lansing by uniting key elements of Lansing's growth strategy and
structure. Steve adds a key dynamic as Lansing develops and grows in the soybean trading business. Steve is located in
the Company's Maumee, Ohio office. He comes from an ag background, having grown up on a farm and received a degree in
agricultural economics from The Ohio State University.
